Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders that clear payment on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays dispatch the next business day. A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as the label is created.

Packaging

Every order ships in a cold-pack insulated mailer. Vials are lyophilized, nitrogen sealed, and packed with the lot’s certificate of analysis.

Rates

• Ground — $9.00 flat, 3–5 business days in transit.
• Two-day air — $15.00 flat.
• Free ground shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more (calculated before discount codes), or with the FREESHIP code.

Destinations

We currently ship within the United States . We do not ship to P.O. boxes for cold-chain reasons. It is the recipient’s responsibility to confirm that research chemicals may be received at the destination address and to comply with any institutional receiving requirements.

Delays and damage

Carrier delays are outside our control, but contact us at RelayResearchLabs@gmail.com if a package is more than two business days late and we will open a trace. If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace it.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the applicable shipping charge.
