What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or subscribe to restock alerts we collect the information you provide: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, institution (if supplied), and order history. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) through server logs and Google Analytics 4, and we set a cookie or local-storage flag to remember that you completed researcher verification.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders and to publish lot certificates of analysis to your account.
- To verify researcher eligibility and to detect and prevent fraud or prohibited use.
- To send transactional email (order confirmations, tracking, lot notifications) and, if you subscribed, restock alerts. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time.
- To measure and improve the site.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the store: our payment processor, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. These providers may use your data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for the cart, sessions, and researcher verification, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage statistics. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout require essential cookies to function.
Retention
Order records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting, and lot-traceability purposes (typically 7 years). Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing 3vaded3@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, restrict access to personal data, and rely on a PCI-compliant processor for payments. No system is perfectly secure; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
We may update this policy; the revised date will appear at the top of the page.
